Ann Peterson

Ann has been with Prairieland EDC since 1999. Her role is to work for small business owners and with a variety of lenders to obtain financing for the development of their small business projects. Ann has degrees in Economics and Geography with a minor in Business from Mankato State University. Ann enjoys spending time with her family, watching sporting events and going to the lake.

Currently, Ann is the President/CEO of Prairieland EDC.

Jason Gerdes

Jason resides in Worthington, MN where he was born and raised. He graduated from Augustana College in Sioux Falls, SD where he received a BA degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Economics. Jason enjoys sports of all types and also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Currently, Jason is the Loan Portfolio Specialist at Prairieland EDC.

Jeaneen Nelson

Jeaneen grew up near Marshall, MN but now resides in Slayton, MN. Jeaneen and her husband Daryl have a blended family of 2 daughters and 2 sons. They are blessed with eight grandchildren that steal their hearts. Jeaneen loves spending time at her cabin on Lake Shetek, golfing, reading and sharing time with family and friends. She also enjoys doing volunteer work in several church and community organizations.

Currently, Jeaneen works as General Office Support at Prairieland EDC.

Lisa Onken

Lisa recently joined the Prairieland Team at the end of 2009. She works with the small business after the loan is funded in a variety of facets, such as preparing for subordinations or prepayment, annual compliance issues, loan workouts, and more. Lisa has a degree in Sociology from the University of Minnesota and, recently, has worked over 16 years in real estate development. She greatly enjoys her time with her kids, her service with Girl Scouts, playing volleyball, and working with her husband to grow their farm operation.

Currently, Lisa is the Loan Servicing Officer at Prairieland EDC.

Tesa Jenniges

Tesa grew up in Storden, MN and currently lives in Lamberton, MN. She graduated from Southwest Minnesota State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Tesa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, reading, traveling and being outdoors.

Currently, Tesa is the Loan Assistant at Prairieland EDC.
