The mission of Quarry Rock, LLC is to conduct development activities by providing capital and expertise to businesses that generate positive results.

ORGANIZATION

Quarry Rock, LLC is a Minnesota Limited Liability Company registered with the State of Minnesota on March 14, 2003.

Quarry Rock, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Prairieland EDC and was created to develop and provide capital as well as business consulting services to small businesses.

Quarry Rock, LLC is a private for-profit company.

• For profit LLC owned 100% by Prairieland
• No geographic boundaries
• Minimum of $55,000 / Maximum of $75,000
• Investments will be higher risk
• Term generally shorter term – not to exceed 5 years
• Loan or equity amounts undetermined – limited by the capital in the company
• Rate of Return will vary
• Subordinate or equity positions
• May utilize New Markets Tax Credits
